The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 12:45 p.m. No business was conducted. Senator Casey presided.
The Senate will conduct one additional pro forma session on Thursday May 6th at 4:00 p.m.
The Senate will return for business on Monday May 10th at 3:00 p.m. and resume consideration of the nomination of Andrea Palm to be Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services, with a cloture vote on the nomination at 5:30 p.m.
Cloture has also been filed on the nomination of Cynthia Marten to be Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs
