5:30 p.m. The Senate has resumed consideration of the motion to proceed to S.1260, a bill to establish a new Directorate for Technology and Innovation in the National Science Foundation, to establish a regional technology hub program, to require a strategy and report on economic security, science, research, innovation, manufacturing, and job creation, to establish a critical supply chain resiliency program, and for other purposes {Endless Frontier Act}. At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S.1260 {Endless Frontier Act}. The motion was agreed to by 86-11.

4:50 p.m. Senator Blackburn spoke on the situation in the Middle East and the cracked bridge on the Mississippi River.

4:25 p.m. Senator Tuberville spoke aboput the President’s small budget for the Department of Defense.

3:58 p.m. Senator Cotton spoke on Israel.

3:18 p.m. RL McConnell spoke on Israel.

3:07 p.m. ML Schumer spoke on the nomination of Kristen Clark to be an Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, the Endless Frontier Act, and infrastructure.

The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following any Leader remarks, will resume consideration of the motion to proceed toS.1260, to establish a new Directorate for Technology and Innovation in the National Science Foundation, to establish a regional technology hub program, to require a strategy and report on economic security, science, research, innovation, manufacturing, and job creation, to establish a critical supply chain resiliency program (Endless Frontier Act).

At 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on the motion to proceed to the bill.
