11:10 p.m. Senators Baldwin, Merkley and Casey spoke on health care.

11:08 p.m. Senator Young acheives UC that when the Senate adjourns it do so until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, and at that time resume consideration of the Mandelker nomination.  Further UC that the Senate adjourn following the speeches from Democratic Senators.

10:34 p.m. Senator Booker spoke on health care and the history of debate in the Senate.

10:22 p.m. Senators Booker and Murphy engage in a colloquy on health care and debate in the Senate.

9:30-10:20 p.m. Senators Whitehouse, Schatz and Murphy spoke on health care.

8:30-9:30 p.m. Senators Warren, Casey, Merkley, Klobuchar and Franken spoke on health care.

7:30-8:30 p.m. Senators Sanders, Murray, Blumenthal, Cantwell and Kaine spoke on health care.

6:30-7:30 p.m. Senators Carper, Harris, Cortez Masto, Stabenow and Markey spoke on health care.

6:09 p.m. Senators Schatz, Booker and Markey spoke on health care; with Senators Booker and Markey asking further UC requests that ML McConnell objected to.

6:03 p.m. Senators Klobuchar, Harris, Markey, Gillibrand and Warren each asked UC regarding health care. ML McConnell objected to each.

6:02 p.m. Senator Casey asked UC that no motion to proceed to the American Health Care Act be agreed to until referred to committee. ML McConnell objected.

6:00 p.m. Senator Duckworth asked UC regarding Veterans, ML McConnell objected.

5:59 p.m. Senator Booker asked UC that no motion to proceed to the American Health Care Act be agreed to until the bill has been favorably reported by committee. ML McConnell objected.

5:57 p.m. Senator Schatz asked UC that the American Health Care Act be referred to the Finance Committee. ML McConnell objected.

5:55 p.m. Senator Stabenow spoke on health care, asks UC that no amendments be considered to the American Health Care Act until the bill is referred to committee. ML McConnell objected.

5:40 p.m. DL Schumer spoke about health care, with parliamentary inquiries regarding the Affordable Care Act.

He later asked UC the Senate not proceed to the American Health Care Act until it has been considered by the Finance committee. ML McConnell objected.

5:30 p.m. Senator Sullivan paid tribute to the “Alaskan of the week”. On this occasion, recognizing Lee Jordan of the Alaska Baseball League.

5:16 p.m. Senator Burr spoke in favor of the Long nomination.

4:42 p.m. Senators Wyden and Feinstein spoke about health care.

4:40 p.m. ML McConnell filed cloture on the nomination of Kristine Svinicki to be a member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

4:26 p.m. Senator Donnelly spoke on health care.

4:17 p.m. DL Schumer briefly mentioned Rep Scalise and the USS Fitzgerald, before speaking on health care.

4:15 p.m. ML McConnell acheived UC to postpone tonights vote until tomorrow, Tuesday June 20 at 11:00 a.m., followed by a cloture vote on the nomination of Sigal Mandelker to be Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financal Crimes.

4:03 p.m. ML McConnnell briefly mentioned the terror attack in London over the weekend, before speaking about health care.
