6:24 p.m. By a vote of 76-0, the Senate confirmed Joseph Albert Laroski, Jr. to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade.

5:27 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on confirmation of Joseph Laroski, Jr., of Maryland, to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade.

3:35 p.m. Senator Durbin spoke on the national security supplemental and DACA.

3:28 p.m. Republican Leader McConnell spoke on the southern border.

3:23 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer filed cloture on the Motion to Proceed to H.R. 815, Legislative Vehicle for the national security supplemental.

The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following any leader remarks will resume consideration of the nomination of Kurt Campbell to be Deputy Secretary of State.

At 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination of Joseph Laroski to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade.

Cloture has been filed on the Campbell nomination and the nomination of Amy Baggio to be United States District Judge for the District of Oregon.
