7:13 p.m. The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1149, Frances Kay Behm, of Michigan, to be US District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

At approximately 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Behm nomination. Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

At approximately 2:20 p.m., the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #1184, Kelley Brisbon Hodge, of Pennsylvania, to be US District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

If cloture is invoked on the nominations, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Behm and Hodge nominations.

7:10 p.m. Senator Cortez Masto began wrap up and the following was passed by unanimous consent:

  • Adopted – S.Res.858, National Adoption Day and National Adoption Month

7:09 p.m. By a vote of 60-31, the Senate confirmed the nomination of Doris Pryor to be US Circuit Judge for the 7th Circuit.

5:29 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar # #1129 Doris Pryor to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit.

5:28 p.m. ML Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #1146 Dana M. Douglas to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit.

5:27 p.m. ML Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #1183 Tamika R. Montgomery-Reeves to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.

5:25 p.m. ML Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #1238 Jeffery Paul Hopkins to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio.

4:45 p.m. Senator Blackburn spoke on technology.

4:16 p.m. Senator Cornyn spoke on the need to pass commonsense bipartisan legislation before the end of the year.

3:57 p.m. Senator Durbin spoke about the Jobs Report and Illinois.

3:51 p.m. ML Schumer spoke about the NDAA, the omnibus bill, Judicial Nominations and Former President Trump.

3:41 p.m. RL McConnell spoke about border security and paid tribute to Carol Barr and the The Cardiovascular Advances in Research and Opportunities Legacy (CAROL) Act.

3:00 p.m. The Senate convened.

The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and will resume consideration of the nomination of Frances Kay Behm to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

At 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar # #1129 Doris Pryor to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit.
