The Senate returns for business on Monday, September 14th at 3:00 p.m. At that time, following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on cloture on Executive Calendar #902, Matthew Byrne to be a US District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio.
Please note: the cloture motion with respect to H.R.3633 – Digital Asset Market Clarity Act will ripen on Tuesday, September 15th at 2:15 p.m.
