The Senate will convene for a pro forma session at 1:30 p.m.

Here are times and dates for the remaining pro forma sessions:

• Thursday, April 13th at 8:30 a.m.
• Monday, April 17th at 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday, April 20th at 7:20 p.m.

Following the pro forma on April 20th, the Senate will next convene at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 24th, and following any leader remarks, will resume consideration of the nomination of Sonny Perdue to be Secretary of Agriculture.  A vote on confirmation of the nomination is expected at 5:30 p.m. Following the disposition of the Perdue nomination, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Rod Rosenstein to be Deputy Attorney General.
