The Senate convened at 11:00 a.m. for a pro forma session only. No business was conducted and President Pro Tempore Leahy presided.

The Senate will next convene for pro forma sessions on the following days:

• Tuesday, January 27th at 5:30 p.m.
• Friday, December 30th at 9:30 a.m.
• Tuesday, January 3rd at 11:30 a.m.

When the Senate adjourns on January 3rd, it will reconvene at 12:00 noon for the 118th Congress and the swearing in of new Senators.
