At a time to be determined before January 14, 2022, the Senate will vote on the Cruz Nord Stream 2 bill with a 60 vote affirmative threshold.

1:27 a.m. The Senate confirmed the nomination of Mary Katherine Dimke by a vote of 47-23 to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Washington.
