The Senate will convene at 10 a.m.

At 11 a.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination of Annemarie Carney Axon to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

After disposition of the Axon nomination, Majority Leader McConnell is expected to move to proceed to the defense authorization, H.R. 5515.
