The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 4:00 p.m. Senator Ricketts presided and no business was conducted.

The Senate now stands adjourned until Monday, July 13th at 3:00 p.m. At that time, resume consideration of the nomination of Matthew Schwartz to be a Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit.

At 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination of Arthur Jones to be a District Judge for the Southern District of Texas.

Cloture has been filed on the motion to proceed to S.4784, National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2027.

By unanimous consent, at 12:00 noon the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Schwartz nomination.
