The Senate will convene for a pro forma session at 3:30 p.m. No business is expected.

Following the pro forma session, the Senate will stand adjourned until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1. At 5:30, the Senate will vote on cloture on the nomination of Kathleen Lane to be a District Judge for the District of Montana.

Cloture has also been filed on the nomination of Jeffrey Kuhlman to be a District Judge for the District of Kansas.
