The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following any leader remarks will be in a period of morning business.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. the Senate will proceed to two votes:
1. Confirmation of the nomination of Brett Shumate to be an Assistant Attorney General.
2. Cloture on the nomination of David Fotouhi to be Deputy Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.

Cloture has also been filed on the following nominations:
1. Stephen Vaden to be Deputy Secretary of Agriculture
2. Andrew Hughes to be Deputy Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
