At 11:15 a.m. the Senate will proceed to a series of two votes:

1. Passage of S.J. Res. 7 disapproving the rule submitted by the FCC regarding “Addressing the Homework Gap Through the E-Rate Program”.
2. Passage of H.J. Res 60, disapproving the rule submitted by the National Park Service relating to “Glen Canyon National Recreation Area: Motor Vehicles”.

At 1:45 p.m. the Senate will proceed to one vote: Cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1582, a bill to provide for the regulation of payment stablecoins.

The Senate will convene at 2:30 p.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of S.J.Res.13, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency of the Department of the Treasury relating to the review of applications under the Bank Merger Act.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on passage of S.J.Res.13.
