12:04 p.m. Majority Leader moved the Senate to proceed to H.R. 4147, the DHS Funding for FY 2026. He then spoke on the SAVE Act.

12:00 p.m. The Senate is now in session and has resumed consideration of S. 1383, the SAVE Act.

The Senate will convene at 12:00 noon and following any Leader remarks will resume consideration of the House message with respect to S. 1383, the SAVE Act.

We expect the first vote at 2:00 p.m. on S. J. Res. 107, Cortez-Masto CRA related to a rule submitted by the IRS related to “Beginning of Construction Requirements for Purposes of the Termination of Clean Electricity Production Credits and Clean Electricity Investment Credits for Applicable Wind and Solar Facilities.”

Additional votes are possible for a Blumenthal CRA, S.J.Res.103 – A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Veterans Affairs relating to “Reproductive Health Services.”

Cloture was filed on Tuesday evening on the following, these motions will ripen on Thursday:
1. The Husted 2nd degree amendment #4732 (Voter ID) to the House message with. respect to S.1383.
2. Motion to proceed to H.R. 7147, Homeland Security Appropriations.
