The Senate will convene at 3:30 p.m. and following any leader remarks will resume consideration of the nomination of Paul Dabbar to be Deputy Secretary of Commerce.

At 4:15 p.m. the Senate will proceed to a series of two votes:

1. Confirmation of the Dabbar nomination.
2. Cloture on the nomination of Kenneth Kies to be an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury.  If cloture is invoked, a confirmation vote would occur on Thursday.
