Filed cloture on Executive Calendar #470 David Seymour Leibowitz to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.

Filed cloture on Executive Calendar #455 Hampton Y. Dellinger to be Special Counsel, Office of Special Counsel, for the term of five years.
