The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of the nomination of Sean Donahue to be an Assistant Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, post-cloture.

Following the vote on the Donahue nomination, the Senate will resume Legislative Session. It will be in order for Senator Kaine or his designee to make a motion to discharge S.Res.195, a resolution requesting information on El Salvador’s human rights practices pursuant to section 502B(c) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961. All time will be equally divided.
