1:38 p.m. By a vote of 53-47, the Senate did not agree to the motion to invoke cloture on the Husted amendment #4732 in relation to the House message to accompany S.1383, the SAVE America Act.

1:07 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Husted amendment #4732 in relation to the House message to accompany S.1383, the SAVE America Act.

1:04 p.m. Senator Husted spoke on the SAVE Act.

12:55 p.m. Minority Leader Schumer spoke on the SAVE Act.
