The Senate will convene for a pro forma session at 12:00 noon. No business is expected.

Following the pro forma, the Senate will adjourn until Monday, July 7th at 3:00 p.m. and be in a period of morning business.

At 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on cloture on the nomination of Preston Griffith to be Under Secretary of Energy.

Cloture has also been filed on the following nominations:
1. William Briggs to be Deputy Administrator of the Small Business Administration.
2. Scott Cooper to be Director of the Officer of Personnel Management.
3. Bryan Bedford to be Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
