At approximately 11:30 a.m. – 2 Votes:
1. Confirmation of the Lea nomination.
2. Cloture on the nomination of Justin Olson to be a District Judge for the Southern District of Indiana.

At approximately 1:45 p.m. – 1 Vote:
1. Confirmation of the Olson nomination (if cloture is invoked).
