The Senate will next convene for business at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13th. Following any Leader remarks will resume consideration of the nomination of John Shepherd to be a District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate is expected to proceed to a vote on cloture on the Shepherd nomination.
