10:49 p.m. By a vote of 60-40, the Senate invoked cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.5371, Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2026.

  • Republican Senator Paul voted against.
  • Democrat and Independent Senators Cortez Masto, Durbin, Fetterman, Hassan, Kaine, King, Rosen and Shaheen voted in favor.
