The Senate will convene at 12:00 noon.  At that time, following any leader remarks the Senate will resume consideration of the House message to accompany S. 1383, the Save Act.

We expect one vote at approximately 1:00 p.m. on cloture on the nomination of Senator Mullin to be Secretary of Homeland Security.
