At approximately 5:30 p.m. — the Senate will vote on cloture on Executive Calendar #273 David Wright to be a Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

At approximately 8:00 p.m. — If cloture is invoked on the Wright nomination, we expect two votes:

1.Confirmation of the Wright nomination.
2. Cloture on Executive Calendar #110 Earl Matthews to be General Counsel of the Department of Defense.
