The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following any leader remarks will be in a period of morning business.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on Executive Calendar #610 David Fowlkes to be a District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas.

Cloture has also been filed on the following nominations:

1. Nicholas Ganjei to be a District Judge for the Southern District of Texas.
2. Aaron Peterson to be a District Judge for the District of Alaska.
