The Senate returns for business on Monday, December 1 at 3:00 p.m.; and following any leader remarks will be in a period of morning business.

At 5:30 on the evening of December 1st, the Senate will vote on cloture on the nomination of David Bragdon to be a District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
