The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 11:00 a.m. Senator Sheehy presided and no business was conducted.

The Senate will meet for pro forma sessions on the following dates and times:

• Tuesday, November 25 at 1:45 p.m.
• Friday, November 28 at 5:30 p.m.

The Senate will return for business at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1st. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to ten minutes each.

At 5:30 p.m. that evening the Senate will vote on cloture on the nomination of David Bragdon to be a District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
