The Senate returns for business on Monday, June 2 at 3:00 p.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will proceed to a cloture vote on the nomination of Michael Duffey to be Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment.

Cloture has also been filed on the following nominations:

• Allison Hooker to be an Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs.
• Dale Marks to be an Assistant Secretary of Defense.
• Jared Isaacman to be Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
