The Senate convened for a pro forma session only at 3:15 p.m. No business was conducted and Senator Husted presided.

The Senate will next convene at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 23rd. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Daniel Zimmerman to be an Assistant Secretary of Defense.
