Following the pro forma session on Thursday, the Senate will next convene on Monday, September 20th at 3:00 p.m. with a 5:30 p.m. vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #251, Veronica S. Rossman, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit.

By unanimous consent, the cloture motion on Executive Calendar #231, Margaret Irene Strickland, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Mexico, will ripen at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 21st.

The cloture motion with respect to the motion to proceed toS. 2093, the For the People Act, has been withdrawn.

By unanimous consent, the cloture motion on the Strickland nomination will ripen at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 21st.
