8:15 p.m. By a vote of 45-48 the Barrasso amendment #2180 was not agreed to. Not voting: Blunt, Booker, Graham, Hawley, Inhofe, Kaine, and Rubio.

7:18 p.m. Senator Carper announced a vote on the Barrasso amendment #2180-building codes.

6:44 p.m. By a vote of 95-1, the Thune/Tester amendment was agreed to. Voting no: Senator Paul. Not voting: Senators Booker, Graham, Inhofe, and Rubio.

6:11 p.m. By a vote of 90-7, the Padilla/Moran amendment #2133 was agreed to. Voting no: Senators Blackburn, Braun, Cotton, Kennedy, Lee, Paul and Tuberville. Not voting: Senators Booker, Graham, and Inhofe.
