9:52 p.m. The Senate adjourned and will next convene at 12 noon on Sunday, August 1. The Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 3684, the legislative vehicle for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs bill.

The final legislative text for H.R. 3684 is expected tomorrow.

Majority Leader Schumer reminded everyone that on completion of the infrastructure bill, the Senate will turn to the budget resolution with reconciliation instructions.

5:18 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer spoke on the floor to speak on the bipartisan infrastructure legislation and say that the legislative counsel continues to work on the text and when finalized, he will return to the Senate floor to take up that legislation and begin the amendment process.

The Senate then again adjourned subject to the call of the chair.

2:42 p.m. The Senate has recessed subject to the call of the chair.

2:25 p.m. Senator Warner spoke on infrastructure.

12:12 p.m. Senator Warren spoke on the eviction moratorium.

11:20 a.m. Majority Leader Schumer spoke on the bipartisan infrastructure legislation.

The Senate will convene at 11:00 a.m.

Votes are possible during today’s session.
