11:30 a.m.   The Senate is voting on the nomination of Katherine C. Tai to be United States Trade Representative. The nomination was agreed to by a vote 0f 98-0.

The Senate will convene at 10:30 a.m. and will resume post-cloture consideration of the nomination of Katherine C. Tai to be United States Trade Representative.

  • At 11:30 a.m., there will be two roll call votes:
  • Confirmation of the Tai nomination;
  • Cloture on the nomination of Xavier Becerra to be secretary of Health and Human Services.

NOTE: Cloture is pending on the nomination of Martin Walsh to be secretary of Labor.
