The Senate is debating the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, post cloture. If all thirty hours are used, a vote on confirmation is expected this evening, at approximately 7:25 p.m.

8:45 p.m. The Senate adjourned and will reconvene for the following pro forma sessions:

  • Tuesday, October 27 at 11:30 a.m.
  • Friday, October 30 at 12:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, November 3 at 10:15 a.m.
  • Friday, November 6 at 10:00 a.m.

The Senate will reconvene for regular session at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 9 and will resume consideration of the Knepp nomination with a vote on cloture to occur at 5:30 p.m.
