Following the prayer and pledge and any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of the nomination of William Evanina, to be Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center.

At 12:00 p.m. there will be a cloture vote on the Evanina nomination. If cloture is invoked, the vote on confirmation would occur at 2:00 p.m.
