6:15 p.m. Senator Inhofe spoke on Chinese tariffs.

5:30 p.m. The Senate is currently voting on  the nomination of  Executive Calendar #387, Chad Wolf to be Under Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security. the nomination was agreed to by a vote of 54-40.

5:20 p.m. Senator Peters spoke against the Wolf nomination.

5:12 p.m. Senator Johnson spoke about the Wolf nomination.

5:04 p.m. Senator Rosen spoke about the Wolf nomination.

4:50 p.m. Senator Cornyn spoke about the cost of prescription drugs.

4:24 p.m. Senator Durbin spoke about DACA and asked unanimous consent that the Senate agree to H.R. 6, The American Dream and Promise Act. Senator Blackburn objected and spoke about DACA.

4:16 p.m. Senator Grassley spoke about counterfeit goods online.

At that time, resume consideration of the nomination of  Executive Calendar #387, Chad Wolf to be Under Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security.

At 5:30 p.m. there will be a cloture vote on the Wolf nomination.

Cloture has also been filed on the nomination of  Executive Calendar #486, Steven Menashi to be United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit.
