4:39 p.m. Senator Schumer spoke on sanctions and Russian interference in the elections.

4:38 p.m. Majority Leader McConnell filed cloture on the nomination of Marvin Kaplan, National Labor Relations Board.

4:03 p.m. Majority Leader McConnell spoke in favor of the Newsom nomination.
