The Senate will convene at 5:00 p.m. and resume consideration of the nomination of Walter Clayton to be Director of National Intelligence, post-cloture.

At 6:30 p.m., the Senate will proceed to two votes:

1. Confirmation of the Clayton nomination.
2. Cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.5334, legislative vehicle for the Lindsey Graham Sanctioning Russia Act of 2026.
