11:51 a.m. The Senate is now voting on the motion to discharge S.J.Res.180 – A joint resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress.

The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and following any Leader remarks will be in a period of morning business. 

We expect two votes at 11:30 a.m. —

At approximately 11:30 a.m. we expect Senator Van Hollen or his designee to make a motion to discharge SJ Res 180 (War Powers regarding Iran) from the Foreign Relations Committee; and the Senate to then vote on the motion.

Following the vote on the motion to discharge S. Res 180, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination of Daniel Traynor to be a Circuit Judge of the Eighth Circuit.

There will be one vote at 1:45 p.m. —

At 1:45 p.m. the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination of Antonio Pozos to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
