Monday, July 13th:

The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and resume consideration of the nomination of Matthew Schwartz to be a Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit.

At 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination of Arthur Jones to be a District Judge for the Southern District of Texas.

Cloture has been filed on the motion to proceed to S.4784, National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2027.

Tuesday, July 14th:

By unanimous consent, at 12:00 noon the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Schwartz nomination.
