The Senate will convene at 12:00 noon and following any leader remarks will resume consideration of the House message to accompany S. 1383, the Save Act.

We expect a series of two votes at approximately 1:00 p.m. –

1. Tuberville Amendment #4421, to the motion to concur in the House message to accompany S. 1383. (re: women and girls in sports).  
2. Schumer motion to suspend the operation of Rule 25, paragraph n-1 to permit the Committee on Rules and Administration to consider the pending motion with respect to the message to accompany S. 1383 to fund the TSA.

Cloture was filed on Friday on the nomination of Senator Mullin to be Secretary of Homeland Security.  We expect that cloture vote on Sunday.
