The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 2:00 p.m. today. Senator Blackburn presided and no business was conducted.

The Senate returns for business on Monday, February 23rd at 3:00 p.m. Following the prayer and pledge, Senator Kaine will be recognized to deliver Washington’s Farewell address. Following the Address, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.7147, Homeland Security Appropriations for fiscal year 2026.
