The Senate will convene at 11:00 a.m. and following any Leader remarks will resume consideration of H.J.Res.142, a joint resolution disapproving the action of the District of Columbia Council in approving the D.C. Income and Franchise Tax Conformity and Revision Temporary Amendment Act of 2025.
At approximately 12:00 noon, the Senate will pvote on passage of H.J.Res.142.
The Senate will then resume consideration of H.R. 7147, Homeland Security Appropriations for FY 2026. Following up to 30 minutes of debate, the Senate will vote on cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 7147.
