- Confirmation of the nomination of David A. Bragdon to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
- Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Lindsey Ann Freeman to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
Following the vote on the Freeman nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.
At approximately 2:15 p.m., if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Freeman nomination.
