The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 1:45 p.m. Senator Ernst presided and no business was conducted .

The Senate will convene for one further pro forma session on Friday, November 28 at 5:30 p.m.

The Senate returns for business on Monday, December 1 at 3:00 p.m.; and following any leader remarks will be in a period of morning business.

At 5:30 p.m. that evening the Senate will vote on cloture on the nomination of David Bragdon to be a District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
