At approximately 12:00 p.m. the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Olivia Trusty to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission for the remainder of the term expiring June 30, 2025.
Senator Padilla will then be recognized to speak for up to 20 minutes and following his remarks the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for weekly caucus meetings.
