S.Res. 213 – Designating October 31st, 2015 as the National Day of Remembrance for Nuclear Weapons Program Workers, was passed by unanimous consent.

- During Thursday’s session, Senator McConnell filed cloture on the motion to concur in the House message accompanying the TSA Office of Inspection Accountability Act of 2015 (H.R. 719), with an amendment [the legislative vehicle for a continuing resolution until December 11, 2015]. He then filled the amendment tree and filed cloture on the motion to concur with an amendment [Cochran amendment #2689, the text of the CR]. That cloture vote is expected to occur at 5:30pm on Monday, September 28, 2015. If cloture is invoked, absent agreement there will be up to thirty hours of debate prior to a roll call vote on the motion to concur with an amendment.
