The Senate will convene at 2:00pm and resume consideration of the motion to proceed to the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R. 36).  There will be no roll call votes during Monday’s session.

Senator McConnell filed cloture on the motion to proceed to Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R. 36) during Thursday’s session.  Absent a time agreement, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 36 one hour after convening on Tuesday, September 22, 2015.
