The Senate convened at 10:00 a.m. for a pro-forma session, with President Pro Tempore Hatch presiding.  No business was conducted, and the Senate adjourned until 2:00 p.m. on Monday August 3rd.  At that time, resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 1881, a bill to prohibit Federal Funding of Planned Parenthood Federation of America; with a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to S. 1881 scheduled at 5:30 p.m.
